| Cancellation If a cancellation is made within 9 days of your arrival 100% of your deposit payment will be returned. If a cancellation is made within 8 days of your arrival 80%, within 7-6 days of arrival 70%, within 5-1 day 50% of your deposit payment will be returned. If you no-show or cancel on the day of your arrival no deposit funds will be returned. The cancellation must be from the same email address in which the booking was made. Please include your name, arrival and departure dates along with your Booking ID number via our Contact Form. We (the hosts) reserve the special right, applicable to every booking, to cancel an existing booking. This would be due to special cases, eg. water or fire damage, the cessation of business operations or as defined by the host, reasons of inacceptability and due to actions of external factors that are not under our control. In this particular case, the guest will receive a full refund of money paid for that booking in full. If you are a DOD employee we understand you will be looking for permanent housing therefore if you find housing during your stay any remaining funds not used on your reservation will be returned to you. Security Deposit 100% of your security deposit will be returned on check out providing there is no damage to the property. If there is damage that exceeds the security deposit you will be responsible for the additional damage charge. If the damage does not exceed your security deposit you will be refunded any excess funds. If you cancel your reservation 100% of the Security Deposit will be returned. Payment If your booking is within 10 days of arrival 100% of the payment (deposit payment) plus the security deposit is charged upon booking. If you book beyound 10 days of arrival 10% of the deposit payment per day is charged plus the security deposit with the remainder of the deposit payment due upon check-in. If you book through our site your payment will be processed through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can use it or if you do not have a PayPal account you can still make your payment using your credit card on the PayPal site. All of your payment information is submitted securely through PayPal and none of your credit card or payment information is stored on our site. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the house. If you smoke there are areas outside the house where you can smoke. If you do smoke in the house you will receive an extra charge for removing smoke smell within the house and any damage caused due to the smoke. Pets We do not permit more than two small pets. If you have dogs they cannot weigh over 30 pounds each. If you have questions in regards to your pets contact us using our Contact Form before booking so we can discuss. You will be reliable for any damage caused by the pet(s). This includes deep cleaning due to the pet(s) using the bathroom in the house, leaving hair on furniture etc., or any damage they may cause. We understand pets are like children and extended family for most but there are also some very unruly pets with uncaring and inconsiderate owners. If you have pets that need walking we can offer a walking service for the pet(s) for a small fee. Check-In/Check-Out Check-In can be done anytime during the day of your arrival from 0600 - 2000. If you will arrive after 2000 on the day of your check-in please contact us using our Contact Form with the time you will arrive so we can ensure someone will be available to check you in. You must Check-Out no later than 1000 the day after your last booked night. If you need additional time let us know so we can make arrangements for you. Storage The house is fully furnished therefore no additional furniture of any kind is allowed. If you have furniture and need storage space let us know and we may be able to assist you in finding a place off site for storage. Visitors Even though the house will comfortably sleep six, visitors are not allowed to sleep over free of charge. If a visitor sleeps over you will be charged an additional 25.00 euro per night per visitor for the number of nights they sleep over. You are not paying for the house but for the number of guess being booked. Visitors are anyone who is not checked in during the booking which includes visiting family members or friends. Cleaning This is not a hotel, it is a house. You will find the house in immaculate condition when you arrive and we ask that you be considerate and clean after yourself. You will be provided with some cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaner, etc. If you prefer not cleaning after yourself we offer a cleaning service for an additional fee. Please inquire on check-in. Privacy We take you privacy very serious. No information you submit to us will be made public, other than your comments on your stay, or be used in any way other than contacting you about your reservation or processing your payment. If you leave comments on your stay the only information that is published is the name you use during the posting and your comment. None of your credit card information is stored on our site. We use PayPal as our payment processor and all your credit card information is processed securely through the PayPal site. |HOME| |
